Hotel Alt Goerlitz - Gorlitz

The hotel Alt is a great find, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and a touch of character. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, close to the city center and within walking distance of a fantastic fish restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious, with incredible croissants and freshly brewed coffee that rivalled some of the best I've had in this charming town.

The electronic card entry system was really good for me because I could come and go easily at any time of day or night. The room was large modern and clean. The reception staff were always helpfull.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a charming city. The Best aspects were the hotel's cleanliness, proximity to the town square with its great restaurant, and location in the center of this city. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and helpful staff. this hotel offered transportation to Berlin airport and was conveniently situated close to the main sites we wanted to visit.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a central location. We loved the quirky decor and the cozy rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was traditional and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. What a find!

No major issues, just a slight hiccup with the room temperature upon arrival.

The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the action. the room is comfortable with modern bathroom, fresh towels, and plenty of space. the breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from. the parking is convenient and easy to access.

The staff seem pretty casual and could use more training.

The building has a lot of historical charm and it was very clean. It was great that they had a self-service bar in the courtyard where we could enjoy a drink. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, so we could walk to all the Christmas markets.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. We felt like an inconvenience to them when we asked for information about the area or when we had a problem with the heating in our room.

Fantastic Location and Great Service

We recently had a short stay in a lovely hotel located in a prime spot. The hotel was walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with essential information on where to go and what to try in the city. We enjoyed the exquisite meals and endless options of breakfast cuisines. we loved how clean and pristine the hotel was, which added comfort and relaxation to our stay.

We have to admit that the hotel we stayed in had no significant flaws or downsides. We enjoyed our stay, and everything went smoothly.
